On Friday, Barefoot on the Town met up with Greenberg Traurig shareholder, Justin Prochnow for lunch at Linger. The eatery in the old Olinger Mortuary spot opened for lunch last week, and we were there to try out the new menu before reservations are hard to come by.

Barefoot on the Town with Greenberg's Justin Prochnow
The relaxed atmosphere at Linger was perfect for our chat with Justin, whose practice focuses on regulatory issues in the food and drug industries. His clients include Go Fast and Skinnygirl Cocktails, and he frequently crosses the country speaking about labeling, advertising and voluntary recalls at food and beverage conferences. Justin’s secret to success? Specializing in a unique area of the law.
The regulatory work keeps him busy – but not so busy that he doesn’t have time to give back. Justin is a board member with Junior Achievement, but he started off as a classroom volunteer with the organization. He continues to teach two classes of middle school students enrolled in the program. He told us about a recent session where he challenged the kids to develop an advertising campaign for a new product. The winner in our book? The kids who thought of forever paint – you never have to paint your walls again!
